This was my first experience with reiki. This was an unbelievable experience and I will continue to see Karen regularly. 

I had reflexology done by Karen Henry. She had made me feel comfortable and at peace during a time in my life where I was frantically searching for it. After being in the room for 5 minutes and talking to her I felt comfortable. Once the session began, I relaxed more than I had in a while. Karen has a gift of comfort and love that she passes to each client. The atmosphere was beautiful and very clean - it was like walking into a home. I recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to take care of themselves and not sure where to start.

I have had Reiki multiple times and each each time has been transformative and healing for me.  Karen's presence and energy is inviting, loving and accepting which are critical these days.  I referred my teen daughter to Karen and her session transformed her path.  It put her in touch with her spiritual life and healing from past pains.  I can't say enough positive things about this practice.  I wholeheartedly recommend it!

 After finding the benefits of Reiki, I was so blessed to find a match with a woman practicing out of an Avon, CT spa. After 2 years, this woman stopped practicing and I was left feeling  empty without her healing. I knew from visiting different Reiki healers that not all are created equal. So, I was on the hunt for a replacement whom I felt comfortable with and had a connection with. Deep into a Google search, I came across Karen's site. I felt her site and words were welcoming and was excited for my upcoming session with her. Arriving at her studio, I instantly knew this was the place for me.
